NC Boardrider Ralph and his lovely wife invited me up to Belews Creek Windsurfing Club for my first shot at windsurfing. With his excellent instruction I learned to tack, jibe, run downwind, and enjoy a great new sport. So now I've got that going for me, which is nice. :)
You did great and I know you had a blast. Getting to the point you are comfortable navigating anywhere is a big deal for your first day! Plus starting with an almost 6m^2 sail let you get an early feel for power and speed. Looking forward to the next time.
